Refund & Replacement Policy

At WeSpeakBird, we want you to love what arrives in your mailbox. If something goes wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production error, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra charge.

This includes cases where:

  1. The wrong item was sent
  2. The print is damaged, defective, or clearly misaligned
  3. The shirt arrives with stains, damage, or another production issue
  4. The size received does not match the size shown on your order

Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A short description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the product showing the problem

We’ll review your request with care and get back to you within 1 to 2 business days.

Sizing Issues

Because every shirt is printed on demand just for you, we are not able to accept returns, refunds, or free exchanges if the size you ordered does not fit as expected.

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. Our shirts are unisex Comfort Colors tees with a relaxed fit, and sizing can feel different from fitted women’s styles or other brands.

The best way to choose your size is to measure a shirt you already own and like, then compare those measurements to our size chart.

If the shirt you receive is the size shown on your order, it is not considered a production error.

Change of Mind

At WeSpeakBird, every item is made to order. We do not keep shelves of stock, and each shirt is printed specifically for the person who ordered it.

Because of this, we are not able to accept returns or refunds for change of mind, including changes in preferred color, design, or size after the order has gone into production.

Printing on demand helps us avoid overproduction, reduce unnecessary waste, and make each shirt with more intention.
